I would like to introduce you to Tackle Football Legends, a 5-a-side football tournament organised by the Sue Ryder Foundation Ireland in conjunction with Oxfam Ireland.

This year’s tournament will take place on Saturday 5th September at Dublin’s Astropark, Coolock and offers teams the opportunity to take on ex-Premiership stars!

In order to be involved, teams will need to consist of 5-8 players. Up to 36 teams will battle it out and the winners of each division then take on a team of ex-Premiership football players, including Jason McAteer, Lee Sharpe and Ray Parlour.

In order to sign up, teams will need to return a registration form and a non-refundable registration fee of €200. They must also commit to raising €1,800 in sponsorship for Oxfam Ireland and the Sue Ryder Foundation Ireland
