Matchday 6 in Group F promises to be a blockbuster with all four teams, Barcelona, Dynamo Kiev, Inter Milan and Rubin Kazan, still harbouring a realistic chance of qualifying for the last 16.

Wednesday evening sees Inter Milan host Russian champions Rubin Kazan at the San Siro, whilst group leaders Barcelona travel to Ukraine to play Dynamo Kiev, with all four sides keeping a keen eye on results elsewhere.

An intriguing group could not be any tighter with only three points separating top from bottom.

After five games, holders Barcelona lead the way with eight points, closely followed by second placed Inter who are tied with Rubin Kazan on six points, with Dynamo Kiev a point further back.

The group's key match takes place in the fashion capital with Italian champions Inter Milan desperate to not be amongst the season's major early causalties.

The Nerazzurri must beat Rubin to guarantee qualification, however, should they fail to win, a 0-0 or 1-1 draw will suffice as long as Dynamo Kiev do not beat Barca at the Lobanovsky Dynamo Stadium.

After being comprehensively outclassed 2-0 by La Blaugrana at the Camp Nou on Matchday 5, Inter coach Jose Mourinho is walking a tight rope as Inter legend Sandro Mazzola believes his tenure at the club will come to an end should he fail to guide his men into the last 16 on Wednesday.

"If Inter are eliminated from the Champions League against Rubin Kazan then Jose Mourinho will go at the end of the year," Mazzola told Radio Anchio Lo Sport.

"I think he would rescind his contract himself if Inter fail to win the Champions League and go out in this fashion."

Elsewhere, Barca will be targeting nothing but a victory in Kiev and having picked up form of late with a wins over Real Madrid (1-0), Xerez (2-0), and Deportivo La Coruna (3-1), the Catalans will be confident of grabbing the three points they need to ensure that they go into the last 16 as group winners.
