Serie A giants Juventus have opened dialogue with representatives of Rubin Kazan star Alejandro Dominguez, according to his agent.

However, a move to the Stadio Olimpico di Turin is far from being completed as of yet, as reports in Spain suggest that Valencia are also in the frame for the Argentine forward's services.

The 28-year-old has been in superb form for the Russian champions this season, catching the eye in particular during Kazan's impressive UEFA Champions League campaign.

Now agent, Jorge Cyterszpiler, has claimed that the Bianconeri are in talks with representatives of the player in order to engineer a move in January, though he added that Juve were not the only interested Italian party.

"Juventus are one of the clubs interested in Dominguez," Cyterszpiler told Tuttojuve.com.

"My colleague [Nestor] Sivori was in Turin last week where he made contact with Juventus as well as other Italian sides."

Dominguez will have another chance to impress as Kazan travel to the San Siro on Wednesday to take on Inter Milan in a crucial UEFA Champions League tie which will determine whether the Italian or Russian champions progress from the group.

"His future? It will be decided upon soon for sure. Next week perhaps. In fact after Inter play Rubin then we will decide," he concluded.

Dominguez is out of contract at the end of this month, and has also been linked with the likes of Barcelona, AC Milan and Atletico Madrid in recent weeks.
