Inter Milan coach Jose Mourinho is refusing to talk to the Italian press after his side were defeated 2-1 by Juventus at the Stadio Olimpico di Torino on Saturday night.Mourinho was sent to the stands as early as the 20th minute after he gestured at the referee when his team fell behind to Felipe Melo’s header.
Although the
Nerazzurri levelled things up through striker Samuel Eto’o six minutes later, Juventus midfielder Claudio Marchisio dinked the ball over Julio Cesar to put the hosts back in front in the 57th minute and the
Bianconeri held on for a much-needed win to blow the title race wide open again.
After the match, the banished Mourinho refused to talk to the press and stormed off into the Inter dressing room before quickly heading off for the team coach.
The ‘Special One’s’ actions meant that all the press responsibilities had to be undertaken by the Inter Milan players and once again highlighted the acrimonious relationship between the former Chelsea coach and the Italian press.
So, is his time finally up in Italy? We shall see.
