Inter Milan boss Jose Mourinho has stated his desire to one day manage in Spain as speculation continues to mount that the 'Special One' could be out of a job sooner rather than later.
Reports emanating from Italy on Thursday stated that the former Chelsea coach will be dismissed if the Nerazzuri fail to qualify from the UEFA Champions League group stage.
Inter play Rubin Kazan at the San Siro on Matchday 6, knowing only a win will guarantee them safe passage into the last 16 of the competition.
Inter president Massimo Moratti has rubbished these claims, saying he and everyone else at the club has 'full faith' in the Portuguese tactician.
However, the 46-year-old hinted that should be leave his position with the Serie A champions he would possibly seek his next reign of employment in La Liga. "I have coached in England and now I am in Italy. Who knows if one day I will be able to coach in Spain too?" Mourinho told Portuguese paper Record.
Later asked about whether he would consider coaching the Portuguese national team, he replied, "It's one of my objectives for the future, not now. Maybe when I am 60 or 70 - I want to emulate Giovanni Trapattoni."
