AC Milan striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar has reportedly held clear-the-air talks with officials at the San Siro, after becoming increasingly concerned about stories linking him with a January move.
The Dutchman only signed for the Rossoneri for £12million from Real Madrid in the summer, but as of yet he has failed to find the net in eight appearances for the club.
Finding himself behind the likes of Alexandre Pato, Marco Borriello and Fillipo Inzaghi in the pecking order, stories began to emerge that he was to be sold as soon as the winter transfer window opened.
However, according to Telelombardia, upon hearing the rumours Huntelaar became concerned and was seen at Milan's HQ on Monday talking with vice president Adriano Galliani.
The 26-year-old reportedly wants to make his move to Serie A work, but should Milan ciach Leonardo decide he is surplus to requirements then a move to the Premier League is a possibility, with Tottenham the supposed front runners for his signature.
