Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has declared Arsenal will not will the Premier League this season and instead believes that Manchester United or Chelsea will claim the honours.
Speaking to Sky Sports ahead of Tottenham’s trip to the Emirates on Saturday Redknapp has not completely written
off the chances of Spurs bitter rivals but feels United or Chelsea
will be competing for the title.
The Spurs boss has hopes of eventually joining or even replacing Arsene Wenger's men among the Champions League places following their promising start to the campaign.
However their record on Arsenal's turf is even worse, with the last win coming in 1993 so 'arry's troops have a huge task on their hands if they are to dismantle Arsene Wenger’s side.
"I think Arsenal are potential winners but personally I don’t think they will win it, that's only my opinion," he said.
"I'm not writing them off, they've got a good chance. But I think the winners will come from Chelsea or Manchester United.
The former West Ham, Portsmouth and Southampton boss feels Arsenal's inexperience is a weakness which will prove too costly as they attempt to win their first trophy after four barren seasons.
"I don't think it's a soft centre, I think it's maybe a little bit of a lack of experience still," he said.
"They're not an experienced team, it's still a young team, a fantastic young team.
"But I just feel Chelsea and Man United, they have players who have been there and done it all and been the full course in the championship race and that's where I think the winners will come from.
"And Liverpool, I'm not writing them off but I do fancy one of the two."

Best games are shown on Fox Soccer Channel and Setanta - got fed up with the lack of decent quality P2P streams that were 'here today and gone tomorrow'. I can also watch the Saturday afternoon Premier League games not shown in the UK. I have a SlingCatcher, so I can watch the stream on my 37"LCD TV at a very watchable resolution. Keeps the wife and son quiet too, she gets all her Lost and Desperate Housewives long before they are shown here and he gets all his MLB and NFL games. Saves me forking out for an ESPN/NASN subscription!
