Tottenham Hostpur are set to launch an improved £15.5million bid for highly-rated Toulouse midfielder Moussa Sissoko.
Spurs boss Harry Redknapp is eager to lure the 19-year-old - dubbed the 'new Patrick Vieira' in his homeland - to White Hart Lane this summer as he looks to bolster his midfield options.
Sissoko - who has made 63 appearances for the Ligue 1 outfit - has already been the subject of a failed £12million bid from Spurs having impressed Redknapp with a number of eye catching displays with Le Tefece
over the past 12 months.

Indeed, while Sissoko admits he is keen on a move to the Premier League he has hinted that he is happy to remain in France
for the time being.
"I would like to play one day in England. But I am in no hurry to leave,"
Sissoko is quoted as saying in the Daily Mail.
