How ironic, a post complaining about my use of the English language, where they have errors themselves.
INCIDENTALLY, I believe you could do with a look at this:

Panner - Incorrect, a stopper is a goalkeeper. I'm not saying it should have been repeated, I'm saying he should have at least have been given an appropriate adjective!

Who comes on here and complains about a defender being called a 'stopper'? Its not an English language debate website you weasel.
Incidently, 'whoever' is one word and you should have used 'got' rather than 'gotten'.
Well,, it is a common word for a defender - saves repetition mate...
defender Danny Woodards, Walsall forward Jabo Ibehre and Wycombe defender David McCracken...
Doesn't sound right....
Each to their own i suppose...

A goalkeeper is a SHOT STOPPER!!!!
BBC Sport, Sky Sports.com etc etc etc all use 'stopper' as a word to describe a defender - its commonplace mate!!!
