Championship duo Middlesbrough and Watford are reportedly tracking experienced Celtic midfielder Barry Robson, whose future at Parkhead appears to be in some doubt.
Celtic boss Tony Mowbray is apparently ready to embark on a drastic overhaul of his squad come the January transfer window, and 31-year-old Robson looks set to become a casualty of his boss' cull.
Scotland international Robson has found first-team appearances relatively hard to come by so far this term, having started just three SPL games, while Mowbray is thought to be keen raise funds in order to bolster his squad.
Middlesbrough would be an obvious destination for the combative midfielder, since a move to the Riverside would see him reunited with old boss Gordon Strachan, the man who brought him to Celtic almost two years ago.
Watford are also touted to be interested in a move for Robson, with Hornets boss Malky Mackay keen to balance his young squad with some experience, and sees his compatriot as an excellent option as an old head in midfield.
