Despite seeing his side start the season brilliantly to top The Championship table after four games, Gareth Southgate is still not entirely happy with his charges.
Yet another clean sheet and yet another victory for 'Boro yesterday afternoon, as thety swept aside Doncaster at The Riverside stadium by two goals to nil.
That makes it four clean sheets in a row and the Teessiders are yet to concede a goal this year in the league.
With Tuncay and new hotshot Leroy Lita banging in the goals too, fans in the North East are expecting a title tilt fom Southgate's men.
Should they hold on to their star names, then promotion is certainly a realistic prospect.
But the man in charge at the club focussed on the negatives in their recent league win and said they should be aiming to improve despite the fact they top the table.
"And we maybe conceded possession too cheaply in important areas,
especially later on and that made the game more difficult for ourselves
than it should have been and we were hanging on a bit at the end when
we should have been comfortable.
"We still need to tighten up, stay focussed and work hard.
That said,
it is nice to be sat on the top with 10 points and be talking about the
need to improve."
