Everton starlet Jack Rodwell insists that he is content at Goodison Park - despite the rumours that continue to link him with the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea.
The 18-year-old midfielder has impressed for the Toffees since breaking into the first team under David Moyes on Merseyside.
His performances have been one of the few shining lights for Everton this season. Moyes' men have endured a torrid start to the season, and are struggling at the bottom end of the table.
However, a steely comeback last weekend against Spurs - during which they recovered from a two goal deficit to snatch a point - could be the catalyst that will turn their season around.
Speculation linking Rodwell with a move to a bigger club has been rife. But the player himself insists that though he is flattered with talks of a big money move, he is happy at Goodison Park, under Moyes' guidance.
"Obviously anyone would be flattered by interest from other clubs, but I really am happy playing for Everton," said Rodwell.
"I enjoy it there. It’s where I’ve always been and I love it.
"The gaffer [Moyes] has been brilliant for me.
"He has put his trust in me, playing me at such a young age, and he has
always tried to look after me. I’ve got a lot to thank him for."
