Drogba plays down Chelsea title talk

Didier Drogba believes this season's Premier League title race is far from decided and has played down suggestions it is merely a two-horse race between Chelsea and Manchester United.

Carlo Ancelotti's men smashed title-rivals Arsenal 3-0 at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday to move 11 points clear of the Gunners and five clear of second place United, who are looking for an unprecedented fourth successive title.

With their other 'Big-four' rival Liverpool a further 13 points behind, many pundits have tipped Chelsea to slug it out toe-to-toe with United for the title this season to the dismay of Drogba.

"It's still too early to say that (it's a two-horse race)," he told FourFourTwo magazine.

"I honestly think Liverpool can get back into it because we haven't played enough games to rule them out.

"Arsenal have always had lots of quality, but they're a lot more consistent this season, while Manchester City and Tottenham are stronger as well,"
he added.

The Ivorain hitman has been in the form of his life so far this season having netted 14 goals in just 16 appearances for the Blues.

Having been lauded by Ancelotti as the No.1 striker in world football at the moment, the 31 year-old is hoping to continue his rich vein of form.

"It's nice that everyone's saying that - I'm playing the way I want to. I'm happy and I'm feeling good out there,"
he stressed.
