Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard was left unimpressed by Serbian shock doc Marijana Kovacevic's controversial treatments - deciding her wacky techniques were not for him.
The 31-year-old flew out to Belgrade last Friday to see what all the fuss was about, and to try to speed up his recovery from a torn thigh muscle that was initially expected to rule him out for up to six weeks.
Accompanied by club doctor Bryan English, the England star underwent Kocacevic's treatment - although horse placenta was not used - before deciding against a further three day course of the unorthodox treatment, according to The Independent.
Lampard is expected to be fit for his side's crucial trip to Arsenal on Sunday having sat out of the Blues' last two fixtures, although it is not believed his early recovery is down to his trip to the Serbian capital.
Kovacevic's techniques remain popular amongst Premier League stars despite reports that she is being chased by Belgrade medical officials for not having obtained the required licenses to carry out her work.
Along with Robin Van Persie, Yossi Benayoun, Albert Riera and Glen Johnson, many of Serbia's star players have paid her a visit, and there are rumours that Barcelona pair Lionel Messi and Zlatan Ibrahimovic might be next in line.
