Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema has tipped either Manchester United or Chelsea to reach this season's UEFA Champions League final, where he predicts they will face his side in the Bernabeu.
The Frenchman claims the two English sides are better equipped to go all the way than the likes of Inter Milan and Los Merengues' fiercest rivals Barcelona.
Benzema is also confident that his new team can make it all the way to the final to play in their home stadium, despite a poor European record in recent years.
Real were humiliated at the hands of another English club, Liverpool, in last years competition, but the £35million signing from Lyon thinks they now have what it takes after a summer of lavish spending.
"It is complicated to speak of a possible final because it depends on the draw for the quarter-finals," he was quoted as saying by Sky Sports.
"But for me, Real Madrid will be in the final at the Bernabeu, and our opponents could be Chelsea or Manchester United.
"Right now I think more about the English clubs than Barcelona or Inter Milan, but the situation can change with time and it just depends on what happens at the key moments in April."
The 23-year-old was heavily linked with a move to Man Utd over the summer but chose the Spanish giants instead to become part of the £220m revolution under re-instated club President Florentino Perez.
